  • How far in advance should I book?

    ​Answer: We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks prior to your event to guarantee date availability and allow time for custom decor sourcing.

    ​Do you handle setup and takedown?

    ​Answer: Yes! We handle complete deliver, setup, and teardown so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

    ​What is your cancellation and deposit policy?

    ​Answer: A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. Dates can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice based on availability.
